Quotes: Quotes expire 30 (Thirty) days after being submitted. Quotes may be extended no more than 60 (Sixty) consecutive days.

Payments for services rendered on premises or remotely are due as specified per contract and/or invoices.

Development invoices are scheduled for initial payment of 33.33% (1/3) at the beginning of the project or projects, another 33.33%(1/3) at the respective timeline of the development and all remaining balances are to be remitted at the project completion and release of source files. Applicable unprotected (non-copyrighted) source files will be released only after last payment.


All hardware invoiced must be paid in advance.
